Course Description
The Philadelphia Sports Medicine Congress features lectures by nationally recognized leaders in their respective fields focusing on leading edge topics in sports medicine. This course is directed towards athletic trainers, physical therapists, advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, and physicians caring for athletes.
Course Objectives
Review critical issues faced by the sports medicine practitioner in the care of athletes. Provide the most recent advances in care to athletes at all levels of competition. Provide practical, interactive learning of evaluation and treatment techniques.
Accreditation/CEUs
This course will be submitted for approval to the NATA BOC for 5.0 EBM CEUs. This course will also be submitted for approval for physical therapists and physical therapy assistants for the states of Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania for 5.0 CEUs.
